The first 30 days are about one thing: making sure that when leads start coming in, they actually convert.

There’s no point booking you 10 calls a week if your offer isn’t positioned clearly, your ICP isn’t defined, and your sales process leaks.

Then we help build your full closing infrastructure. Pitch writing, line of questioning, script building, CRM and pipeline setup, follow-up process, pre-call process, post-call process. Once it’s all built, we go through your entire sales process with a fine-tooth comb.

The goal is a 30-40% close rate on qualified calls, with you as the founder closing.
